Why I'm a coach:
Life has thrown some challenging curves my way, from experiencing the heartbreak of a miscarriage to losing a precious 5-week-old baby daughter to SIDS. I've battled through depression and faced an illness that seemed insurmountable and thought would take my life.
Yet, amidst these trials, I've discovered that the climb may be challenging and the burdens heavy, but reaching the summit reveals a spectacular beauty. My mission is to share my journey and empower you to live healthier, not despite challenges but in the midst of them.
I'm all about intentional health and wellness—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. My goal isn't to pretend I have all the answers or that I've figured it all out. Instead, I want to be a source of encouragement, helping you navigate through your experiences and inspiring you to embrace a healthier and more vibrant life.
What I love most about coaching:
What I love most about coaching is seeing lives transformed! It's incredibly rewarding to witness someone's growth and hear their excitement when they finally break through the challenges they're facing. Helping them reach a point where they can see God's plan for their lives and recognize the beauty at the top of the mountain is such a blessing. Watching them overcome obstacles and step into a greater purpose is what makes coaching so fulfilling for me.

Spending time with God, whether at church or in my private study, recharges me. I also love to hike and bike in nature.
