Why I'm a coach:
I find the mind and the complexities of being human the most fascinating and interesting work possible. I particularly wanted to be a coach with Abide in order to work with Christians who want to integrate their faith into their therapy. Jesus is the great physician. He made us and He alone can heal us. He often uses life's most painful and difficult circumstances to bring about the better things He has always intend for us and to do His most amazing miracles.
I also have experience with Alcohol Use Disorder and Co-Dependency.
I am licensed in Washington and Oregon. I can accept some insurance including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, BCBS, and several others in WA and OR.
What I love most about coaching:
I enjoy seeing people and talking to them at pivotal moments in their lives. When someone is seeking therapy, this is a time for change and growth. I love being part of this journey with people.
I recharge on my day off by:
I like to ski, hike, read, pet my dog and be with my family and friends.
