Why I'm a coach:
I am a Health and Wellness expert and a passionate food enthusiast. My goal is to guide clients towards true healing by investigating the root causes of their suffering. Understanding that the body and mind are deeply interconnected, I have expanded my knowledge of mental health. This allows me to create holistic treatment plans that address not only the physical needs of my clients but also their mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges.
What I love most about coaching:
Teaching is a rewarding experience that benefits both the teacher and the learner. By sharing my knowledge and expertise, I not only strengthen my own skills but also contribute to the growth and development of others. It’s a truly fulfilling process that has enriched my life in countless ways.
I recharge on my day off by:
As a seasoned homeschooler transitioning into the 'empty nest' phase, I treasure the moments I spend reconnecting with my grown children. I also find joy in exploring the complexities of human physiology and psychology, applying this knowledge to promote optimal health and well-being. The human body is indeed "fearfully and wonderfully made."
My three favorite things:
Enjoying laid-back, quality time with the family.
Teaching, educating, and inspiring others.
Create mouthwatering meals that showcase the endless possibilities of plant-based cuisine, leaving even carnivores craving more.
