Why I'm a coach:
I experienced the transforming power of coaching in 2014 and was hooked. Since then I have devoted myself to growing in my understanding of human behaviour and coaching skills so that I can empower others in the same way that my coaches have empowered me.
What I love most about coaching:
I love seeing people breakthrough their limitations and move towards their full potential. It's amazing how much can change for a person in a few coaching sessions.
I recharge on my day off by:
Getting immersed in the outdoors. Surfing is my go to hobby, but if the waves aren't breaking then I'll go for a run or hike. I'm also an avid learner and always have a book or two on the go.
My three favorite things:
God- The more I get to know God, the more incredible I realise He is. All the best things in life are an overflow of His goodness.
People- I believe we exist to love and be loved. And I'm energised by spending time with people.
Nature- I love being in nature. It allows be to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of modern life and refocus on what matters most.
