Why I'm a coach:
Listening to others' stories and supporting and encouraging others has always been a passion of mine. This led to my work in the mental health field as a psychiatric technician for a number of years and then as an educator for secondary schools. Being a worldwide traveler during my years as a missionary introduced me to a wide variety of cultures and perspectives and increased my desire and ability to bridge communication gaps to truly understand and support those around me.
What I love most about coaching:
Listening and being part of the change process, providing feedback and encouragement, celebrating successes, and processing through disappointments.
I recharge on my day off by:
Reading, writing, outdoor adventuring, napping, building things, coloring.
My three favorite things:
God
Family
Nature
