Why I'm a coach:
I believe God led me into the counseling field, as it was never something I planned on becoming. After completing a Bachelor's in a completely different field, in a seemingly random life decision, I ended up in a Master's degree for Applied Clinical Psychology.
I love the opportunity to help people and always look forward to meeting new people, hearing their stories, and providing them with the support they need to heal and grow.
What I love most about coaching:
The intersection of faith and psychology is such a healing one. I love merging two things that can be so helpful. Healthy psychology that is rooted in biblical principles is the way to true wholeness.
I love seeing people improve and get to the point where they no longer need my assistance.
I recharge on my day off by:
I love to exercise. Rock climbing is my biggest exercise passion.
I also really enjoy doing triathlons and other distance races. On weekends I attend my local church and will often engage in speaking or teaching. Nothing will top my family time, though.
My three favorite things:
Jesus. My day begins and ends with the Author and Perfecter of my faith.
My family. The greatest gift I've ever received is my wife and children.
Rock Climbing. Any form of exercise, really, but especially rock climbing.
