Why I'm a coach:
I completed the Abide Helper Training in 2022, and prior to that, I’ve had experience as a foster parent, nanny, author, and Kindergarten Bible teacher. I have also experienced significant loss, abuse, and trauma, which has helped me understand the nature of mental struggles such as grief, anxiety, and depression. I love kids, and conversations with the 5-9 age group are one of my specialties. As a young-adult single, one of my passions is helping fellow singles identify healthy, loving relationships, vs. potentially abusive ones. I am a committed Seventh-Day Adventist Christian, and Jesus is the light of my life.
What I love most about coaching:
I love seeing people heal and blossom when they know that they are forgiven and loved.
I recharge on my day off by:
I take a nap, go for a walk with my family, and catch up on my reading. Listening to music and writing poetry or songs are also favorites.
My three favorite things:
My loving, loyal family
Gardening
