Why I'm a coach:
I was blessed to have a few mentors and coaches in my early twenties that significantly helped me move through difficult periods. Life can be wild and rough sometimes and I believe we need each other to get through it. Coaching has helped me personally overcome depression, anxiety, body insecurities, heartbreak, betrayal and family conflict. It has helped me form healthy habits, gain clearer direction, experience healing in relationships, learn how to overcome negative thoughts and progress in different areas of my life. My hope is to be able to empower and support other individuals in their journey, just as I have been in my own.
What I love most about coaching:
It’s an awesome way to identify what is inhibiting one from living a better life and becoming a better person. I love journeying alongside someone who is seeking to grow and become the best version of themself. It's an honour and a joy to my heart to witness.
I recharge on my day off by:
I love to start my day with a dip in the ocean. Other things I might dabble in throughout the day include: reading, writing, making some good food, rock climbing, watching the sunset or moonrise. Spending time with friends and family always fills my cup, so I'll add them in wherever I can.
My three favorite things:
Camping
Surfing
And a heart bowl of daal . . . all in the company of good people.
