Our Mission Statement
Food for the Heart Bible Study is a weekly, open Zoom call for anyone seeking to improve mental and spiritual health through biblical messages and Christian community. Our presentations and discussions cast the broadest net possible, choosing topics that will draw us to God and one another as we pursue heart-healing and growth. As such, FFTH is not a good platform for debate or debated issues. It is a safe place to get to know one another as we get to know God. We value the centrality of Jesus and the unity of the faithful.
